Perfect Location, walking distance to all the main attractions, cleanliness and amenities in the room are just perfect, paired with prompt service. And now the best part, the morning breakfast, It was a treat, with a lot of traditional Georgian food options. We loved our 4 night stay here. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst hotel ever!

My recent 3-day stay in the most expensive suite at this Bricks Hotel in Georgia was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we requested cutlery, the receptionist curtly informed us that room service simply doesn't exist, adding that we would have to come and collect it ourselves. Upon questioning this unusual policy, his dismissive response was, and I quote, 'I said what I have to say.' Beyond the nonexistent service, the state of the room itself was appalling. Both the main door handle and the washroom door handle were broken and came off in our hands. When I reported this to the receptionist, his astonishing reply was, 'All the rooms handles are like this, and we don't repair them.' To top it all off, the air conditioning was not working during a hot afternoon. Instead of offering a solution, the receptionist suggested we simply open the door to cool down. This was completely impractical due to the heavy traffic noise from the adjacent main road, which made it impossible to sleep. This hotel is beyond pathetic, and the attitude of the staff was equally unacceptable. I wouldn't even give this establishment a single star if I could. Minus rating!

Terrible stay with lack of essentials

We had a terrible experience at the hotel due to lack of water. The staff are ill-equipped to answer any questions or give a heads up to the Visitors in advance. I found the reception and people at the restaurant extremely grouchy. The only thing to the advantage of the hotel is it's location. Even getting a laundry bag from the team was difficult. I'm not sure how this hotel is loved by Indians when there is nothing that meets the needs of Indians. Bfast was extremely basic with same items repeated everyday. I would not return to this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience, especially considering the room price. The room was clean, well-maintained, and all the necessary amenities were provided, making my stay comfortable. However, one drawback was that they only provide one bathrobe for the entire stay, and it’s not changed daily. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel offers good value for money.
