The hotel itself is nice but alot of the things were not provided. Such as toothbrushes, hairbrush etc. The ac was not working bcs of the weather but if you dont have the cold wind coming from the balcony it gets really hot. The phones in the rooms don’t work so you have to go down to the reception every-time you need something. The beds etc were comfortable and the ambience is really nice however it would be great if there were halal food options at the premises as well. Thank you
