The location of the hotel is ideal. Room service is not good. Food is pretty average. I assume better hotels would be available at lower prices.

Property is at Prime location of Tablisi. its 5 minutes walk from Freedom square. There are many good restaurants near this including few Indian food restaurants.

Excellent Stay

The property is located very near to the liberty Square. It's also quote close to the old city and the Bridge of peace. old city is about 1.5 km from the hotel. Rooms have good facilities including heating facility. We stayed in the interior view room where the window is inside the hotel and you cannot make out whether it's day or night outside buy we were ok with that. Hotel staff is very courteous

Housekeeping service was extremely bad, they didn’t changed the bedsheets even though we asked for it. Water bottles, tea kit was not restored on few days. Cleaning was also pathetic.

The service was sluggish and therefore no service at all. They charged double for my laundry which never came on time. When i pointed out that i was charged twice on the laundry for the same item, they did adjust it after a time taking discussion with their staff. Often the phone in the reception went unanswered, may be because the staff was out smoking. One gentleman on the reception was kind and booked a taxi for me to the airport as i did not have the app on my phone.

Friendly staff but rooms are a big disappointment

Booked the king patio room with internal view extra room but to my utter dismay the room was extremely small, with no balcony and a small window opening within the hotel. There was no ventilation and since we went in winters the heater made the room extremely dry causing health issues to my small kids. Please double check room size before booking. Staff is friendly and location very good that was the only positive in an otherwise disappointing room with a very high price
