Not as good as I expected

Penta in Brussels is ok, but I expected a better experience and service. For example, the bed was prepared only for a person, and there was only one set of towels, even though I booked the room for two people. We had to wait for a person for a hour to bring extra duvets, which we had to set ourselves. Nothing was offered as a compensation, not even a coffee (note there is not even a water kettle in room to make coffee or tea yourself). On the positive Side, the bed was really big, and the shower exceptional, even though there was no ventilation in the bathroom to keep humidity out.
