The best thing about this hotel is located at the centre place very near to the grand palace which is just 180 m from the hotel . The metro station is just 150 m . You can go to any direction of the city and the market is very much near to the hotel . But I would like to complain one thing is that the air conditioner was not working . We stayed here for 4 nights and we face this problem . The receptionist told me that the technician is not available for the next 2 days we stayed for the 4 nights and still the problem was not solved it’s showed the lethargic way of the staff towards the guests . But on the other part we didn’t face any other issue . I will give 4 out of 3.

The physical rooms are clean and spacious for other hotels in Brussels. The location of the hotel allows you to access all the major attractions. The reception staff was terrible, was a major detractor for the hotel. No empathy and robotic. They need to fix this in accordance with the other facilities.

Good Stay

The best thing about this Novotel Brussels City Centre is located at the centre place very near to the grand palace which is just 180 m from the Novotel Brussels City Centre . The metro station is just 150 m . You can go to any direction of the city and the market is very much near to the Novotel Brussels City Centre . But I would like to complain one thing is that the air conditioner was not working . We stayed here for 4 nights and we face this problem . The receptionist told me that the technician is not available for the next 2 days we stayed for the 4 nights and still the problem was not solved it’s showed the lethargic way of the staff towards the guests . But on the other part we didn’t face any other issue . I will give 4 out of 3.

Good well maintained Novotel Brussels City Centre, close to the city centre. Staff at the Novotel Brussels City Centre was efficient and helpful. Rooms were quite good. Free WiFi in the rooms was a big help. We only had breakfast in the Novotel Brussels City Centre and it was decent. Recommended for short stays.

Pleasant stay - clean and safe neighbourhood

Close to the city center- walkable distance to the square and palace. The Novotel Brussels City Centre itself is clean and comfortable. A bit pricey - not sure if it’s because of the war.
