Location is not perfect they mentioned cenang beach is walkable distance but it was around 1.5km many insects found in room

Location Good not Great Staff Excellent Breakfast veg or non veg very limited options American/Malaysian and same for all days. A shop across the road is a place for all requirements. No telephone, no room service no bag pick ups. other hotels near chenang beach can be checked. Rooms have no ventilation and swimming pool is very small.

this place is close to the main market and beach the chenang beach. walkable distance. rooms are cozy and nice with a pool with lush greeny and serene ambiance. clean and well lit washrooms. breakfast has limited options but tastes good and catered well and served well. friendly and accomodating staff. a perfect boutique hotel in budget.

Property is close to main attractions like petang chenang beach. Has good breakfast, staff is cooperative and friendly. Veg options limited in breakfast. You can order grab for food here.

It was an amazing stay. All the staffs were so cooperative. Rooms were cleaned daily. And breakfast was served hot and fresh when we arrived in the dining area. The swimming pool was also so clean.

The staff and stay was amazing here, great location, will recommend this stay and would definitely like to visit again

Peaceful place. Conectivity is good. You can enjoy the telaga walk & the night food shops there.

The hotel itself was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but cozy. The location is good as it is situated just North of Cenang. There is no room service though.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and neat. Have 24 x 7 pool access. Location is good. Easy access to the Beach, Airport and the lock market.

I stayed for 5 days and it was so pleasant staying at Telaga terrace. Very friendly staffs, very calm place, well maintained swimming pool, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was kind of average because the menu was almost same all 5 days. Very minimum veg dishes. Staffs in front desk helped me booking tour activities, suggested good place to hire bike. Overall it was great stay at Telaga Terrace.

Place location everything is beautiful in Langkawi

Very helpful staff made our stay very comfortable. Excellent location close to beach, pharmacy, supermarket, food mall. Highly recommend.

The staff was helpful and polite - which was the best part of this hotel. However, the rooms are quite small. While the location was good - only 10 minutes from the beach and near many hotels, I found the area of the hotel a bit deserted for a tourist place.

It's a small but beautiful place with great access to beach and restaurants. The place was tidy, staff well mannered, and had a decent buffet breakfast. I travelled with my little kid and they were more than willing to customize the food menu for us. They helped to arrange local sight trips for no additional cost. Telaga Terrace, an open food court which serves multi-cuisine is few meters away from the hotel. Overall, I recommend this place and big cheers for the hotel management.

Good location, just 10 min walk to Cenang beach and the market, 20 min drive to cable car. Peaceful place just away from the crowd of market yet near to the heart of the town, very helpful and dedicated staff, specially at front desk, they even help you out of the way. Well maintained neat and clean rooms have all necessary things. It gives you a feeling of being at home away from home. Pool facing rooms are excellent and provide you a serene environment to relax and enjoy the peace. Chirping birds and cute cats adds to the surroundings & gives the place a natural feel. Good spread of breakfast with western, Malaysian and south East Asian delicacies, small but beautiful swimming pool gives you a feeling of personal space. Super market just in front of the hotel is an added advantage. Hotel helps you to organise your local trips with the best of your operators in Langkawi. They take care of your all requirements while trying to help you. Taxi is available on call & staff helps you to save money by booking Uber on their Mobile. Custome first approach. I enjoyed my stay to the max due to the great hospitality given by Telaga Terrace. There are certain shortcomings as well. The reception area is small & sometimes appears to be crowded when 4-5 customers turn up at a time but very well managed by front desk. Also there is no liquor available, not even beer, for this you have to walk down 15-20 min and get it. Over all Value for money.

Rooms are very well designed and all the rooms have their separate outer areas like any other beach resorts. There is ample parking space. There is big departmental store just across the road which keeps many things of daily use. Chenang beach is 7-8 mins walk.

It was an excellent stay .. Here .. All staff were very cordial and helpful ... The food was good ... The hotel was very close to the shopping place .. Overall value for money. The room service was very prompt.
