Beautiful cottages right by the sea! The views are breathtaking, and the property is peaceful and clean. An unforgettable experience. The location couldn’t be more perfect — just a few steps from the beach, with a stunning view of the sunrise nd sunset. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Special touches hammocks overlooking the sea, and breakfast served on the porch overlooking the sea. If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and the sound of waves as your background music, this place is pure bliss. Highly recommended for couples and families who want a relaxing escape by the sea.

Very good experience. They have a 400m private beach, well maintained. Sunset view was beautiful. Property location is also nice with Cenang beach and market at 1 km distance and lots of dining options nearby. Rooms are large sized, near and clean. Breakfast was also good with a good spread and with few options for vegetarians as well. Staff was courteous. We were very sceptical about this place basis mixed reviews on different travel pages. But we found everything to be really nice. Had a great experience at Frangipani. Would love to come back here.

The location is excellent, and the restaurant offers a beautiful view. The front office team is very supportive and helpful. However, the hotel room feels quite outdated, and the beds are uncomfortable. Housekeeping services were disappointing. as it doesn’t seem to match the experience. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive throughout the three days, and the restaurant's lunch menu lacked variety.

The property is located 2-3 km away from cenang beach and has many restaurants nearby so the location is good. The property is old and doesn’t have modern facilities. The rooms are spacious but has old fittings and doesn’t give feel of staying in a good property. The food tastes below average and they don’t have many options in breakfast. Room service is costly. Amenities are also below average, the spa was under maintenance but the pool was operational. The good part about this property is that it is located on a beach - 1-2 mins walk from room to beach. Staff and their service is below par- doesn’t help much.

The location of the resort is amazing. But it needs a lot of workup and facelift. Also the food and drinks menu is very limited. The room cleaning service was very poor and can improve a lot on that. The main advantage is the beach access. But property needs a definite facelift. The staff is kind and helpful. Very appauling exteriors, and basic facilities are old and need asap renivation
