The room was very spacious and clean. The people at the hotel was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was good, but not so many choices 4 choices you get. The only maybe negative thing I will say was the steep hill road to the hotel from the Main Road.

Nice apartment with all amenities

For a family of 4, the apartment was spacious enough. As promised, we were provided with pool view cum sea view apartment. The apartment had below facilities; 1. Kitchenette with all necessary utensils for cooking. 2. Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Electric kettle. 3. 55 Inch smart TV with high-speed internet. 4. Ironing machine, Hair dryer. 5. Big pool for adult and kids. 6. A lot of open space to walk around. 7. Enough space for car parking (in case of renting a car). 8. Shuttle service to Karon beach and market area. 9. Staffs were friendly to arrange car/bike rentals. 10. No support staff would be available after 6 pm and in case if you need any assistance you won't get any help. Overall it was a very good experience in staying at Karon Butterfly residence, would recommend if you are going in a low season, otherwise, the prices would be much higher. The only odd thing noticed was - additional charges were taken as utility charges during check-in. So do not understand why we pay so much rent for the apartment itself. Also, the property is located on a steep hill and big vehicles from tour operators do not go up for drop/pickup.
