Found the amazing property through MMT Its a beautiful property on Ban thang beach, it has private access to the beach, amazing pool, beautiful room views, and top notch restaurants of different cuisines. You wont feel like stepping out of the property. Patong beach is atleast 20 km away, where the main night life is in phuket, but i am not complaining. Will visit this property again.

Enjoyed a lot. I travelled with my wife and 2 years old son. Location of the resort is perfect. Food is good except that during dinner they charged 250 TBT for a bottle of water. Resort has got all services although they need an upgrade. Overall- very good.

Good hotel, but room allocation issue

We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself was good, with comfortable rooms and amenities. However, i was disappointed with the room allocation process. Despite paying the full amount through makemytrip and having a confirmed booking, the hotel couldn't provide the rooms promised to us during check-in. Although they offered an upgrade to one room, the second room was not available, forcing us to stay in a standard room. This was a letdown, especially after traveling with excitement and wasting two hours due to this issue. The hotel tried to make up for the inconvenience, but the initial disappointment lingered. Overall, the hotel was good, but the room allocation issue was a significant drawback, especially considering i had paid the full amount in advance.

The food quality was very good. The staff was very helpful. The facilities were top class. Good place for family vacation.

Confusion on the type of room - even after confirmation that i will get ground floor newly renovated room, i had to pay rs 10000 more for the same. Also, the hotel is laid back, old, no energy. Front office staff is brilliant though - esp supanee it was very helpful.

Old property at a scenic location. The swimming pool needs a up-grade. Food options for indians limited which is surprising especially given that indian tourists are the mainstay of thai tourism now. Property is spacious, not a private beach but less crowd in beach. Looks to be bit run down and needs maintenance, both inside room and even in swimming pool. We had booked 3 dusit suite rooms but got rooms in three different corners & couldn't get closer. Very limited food options for indian vegetarian family. Not much options for indian food nearby too.

The hotel is right on the beach in laguna, .Phuket This is the quieter part of the island, patong is more bustling. The property is very well maintained and run in a way to make the stay more comfortable. Beachside services (shacks etc) and things like taxis are outsourced and priced reasonably. Good hotel, but room allocation issue

We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket itself was good, with comfortable rooms and amenities. However, i was disappointed with the room allocation process. Despite paying the full amount through makemytrip and having a confirmed booking, the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket couldn't provide the rooms promised to us during check-in. Although they offered an upgrade to one room, the second room was not available, forcing us to stay in a standard room. This was a letdown, especially after traveling with excitement and wasting two hours due to this issue. The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket tried to make up for the inconvenience, but the initial disappointment lingered. Overall, the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket was good, but the room allocation issue was a significant drawback, especially considering i had paid the full amount in advance.

The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket is right on the beach in laguna, .Phuket This is the quieter part of the island, patong is more bustling. The property is very well maintained and run in a way to make the stay more comfortable. Beachside services (shacks etc) and things like taxis are outsourced and priced reasonably. The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket itself has great staff and take care of all the little things that make the stay comfortable le.

Found the amazing property through MMT Its a beautiful property on Ban thang beach, it has private access to the beach, amazing pool, beautiful room views, and top notch restaurants of different cuisines. You wont feel like stepping out of the property. Patong beach is atleast 20 km away, where the main night life is in phuket, but i am not complaining. Will visit this property again.

Property is spacious, not a private beach but less crowd in beach. Looks to be bit run down and needs maintenance, both inside room and even in swimming pool. We had booked 3 dusit suite rooms but got rooms in three different corners & couldn't get closer. Very limited food options for indian vegetarian family. Not much options for indian food nearby too.

We recently visited this place and are so happy with our choice. The laguna area itself is very beautiful and this beach property with our sea facing rooms amazed us in so many ways. The food quality was very good. The staff was very helpful. The facilities were top class. Good place for family vacation.

Enjoyed a lot. I travelled with my wife and 2 years old son. Location of the resort is perfect. Food is good except that during dinner they charged 250 TBT for a bottle of water. Resort has got all services although they need an upgrade. Overall- very good.

The property was excellent. The lobby reception pool the beach spa room and breakfast everything was top notch.. we totally loved it. Breakfast even had idly and vada and lot of dry fruits. Coffee was excellent

This was the second time i have stayed at dusit thani and we continue loving the place. Having said that - the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket food and room service needs to improve a bit.

It was a very relaxed and refreshing experience at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. Beach is beautiful and very clean. Food quality was good. But in buphe indian food not much of quality the experience was amazing
