It is a great property with good views of sea and Laguna. The pool is good and overall place is kids friendly and has good accesss to department stores etc. I loved the fact that you can order food from outside and the entire place feels like a village. Downside: not many vegetarian options.

I was made to pay under compulsion from the hotel mentioning the payment has not been done and forced me to make a payment even though the amount. I paid baht even after paying and on no instruction was padded from my side to cancel and this was an error on your part internally and has caused me immense trouble during travel.

Cassia resort is wonderful resort having all amneties from swimming pool to kids playing area,nice rooms with kitchen.. only problem was that Indian vegetarian food was limited but they arranged for us on request...overall excellent experience....

Amazing location, huge property, extremely busy breakfast, worth the price as everything else in that area is very expensive. I had a bad experience this time. Some money was stolen from my bag by the cleaning staff and i realised it after coming back home. This is very common in thailand. Have to be very careful.

The location of the hotel is very nice and the views from the rooms are nice as well (it's located in laguna, a very posh location of phuket. Few points which were disappointing - i had booked a water view room but was given a garden facing room. On complaining regarding the same at reception, they acknowledged that the water view rooms were sold and they would be able to provide the same next day onwards. They said they had given me a better room with a loft but the loft was not at all necessary, nor did i use it. Secondly, the service of the hotel wasn't up to the mark, with no attendant even taking your luggage to your room. We had a pretty big luggage and had to struggle with it ourselves. Even while changing the room on the second day, i requested them to send someone for carrying the luggage but no one arrived. It's a self-service kind of a hotel, with good rooms and a great location, but definitely sub-par service.

Cassia is located in the lagoon and is very far from the patong beach. They have a shuttle bus but only for the lagoon and don’t help in going out of the lagoon. The breakfast looks like a lavish spread but is very cold and the staff was not helpful at all. The room in the pictures looks very big but honestly is quite congested. No room to even open your suitcase. If you have small kids and want to enjoy pool and beach and not venture out, cook meals inside your room then i would say this place is ideal but if not then i would suggest to stay in here as staff not great.

Stay was superb ! it's very close to the Phuket marathon start point & we stayed 2 days. The room has a kitchenette so we bought groceries from a local shop & cooked most of the time as i found the food is costlier nearby and in the hotel.
