Breakfast was very good and having variety. Location of the property is at peace and Bangla road is 5mins away with scooter Cons: However property is lagging with some facilities like proper hot water, few lights in room were not workings. One major issue with the property is sometimes they did not provide booking confirmation. There were 2 couple who waited for 2-3hours as they were told we did not received your booking.

I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The in-house restaurant was impressive – the food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety with fresh options each morning.However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The water supply was disappointing as it often appeared reddish in color, which felt uncomfortable to use. The air conditioning also wasn’t cooling properly, and since there were no ceiling or stand fans available in the rooms, it made the stay a bit inconvenient during warmer hours.On the positive side, the resort’s location is excellent – it’s in a prime spot, close to all major attractions, making it very easy to explore the area.Overall, this place has potential thanks to its great food and ideal location, but fixing the water quality and cooling system would make the stay much more comfortable.

The Place is Spacious and has pool access but We had to wait an hour for our room and AC was not working so they had to fix it. Food was Good with seperate indian cuisine. Beautiful view overall Gud to stay in budget

I had a good stay at Naina Resort Phuket. The location was excellent, close to main attractions yet peaceful for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay welcoming. The rooms were neat and comfortable, but the room service could definitely improve in speed and consistency. Overall, it’s a nice place for a short vacation and good value for the price.

I just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's ideally located, just a short distance from the bustling market but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were particularly impressed with the front desk. The receptionist was very helpful and even suggested we check the menu before paying for our meals since the vegetarian options were limited. It was a thoughtful tip that saved us from wasting money. For couples, they offer a thoughtful complementary decoration, which was a lovely surprise. Another great perk is the free towels and accessories provided for the pool and beach, which saves you the hassle of packing your own. The hotel itself is a beautiful property. The rooms are kept spotless, with housekeeping tidying up while you're out for the day. We also really appreciated the wake-up call service, which was a huge help for our early morning plans. The only minor issue was the air conditioning in room 540, which was a bit noisy, but it didn't significantly detract from an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful setting, and exceptional service.

We stayed for 5 nights, it was a good stay overall nice view, good location. breakfast options are decent, with 3 vegetarian indian options like, 1 subzi, naan, rice, raita if anyone is a non vegetarian then would have additional options. A little down point is the room cleaning part, as staying for 5 nights we expected the room to be atleast cleaned 3 times. For the money its worth
