I recently stayed at Indochine Resort & Villas and absolutely loved the experience. I booked the Sky Suite with a private plunge pool, and it turned out to be one of the best stays I’ve had in Phuket. The room was large, beautifully designed, and came with a stunning ocean view — perfect for relaxing with a drink or just watching the sunset. The food at the resort was excellent. Every meal I tried was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There’s a good mix of Thai and international dishes, and the service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. One of the things that really stood out was their door-to-door pick-up service. It’s available 24 hours and always super prompt, which made getting around the resort effortless. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, Indochine offers a great combination of comfort, great food, and unbeatable views. Most Pathetic property to stay. It is not 5 star propert which they claim to be. Rooms smell badly. Property is not like that it seem to be in pictures. So got the hotel change as didn’t wanted to spoil my trip.

Be careful wrt room access, be prepared for cold

Location isn't good, quite far from the beaches. Room was accessible only after climbing two storey equivalent of stairs, this is not mentioned anywhere while booking. Despite explaining our difficulty in climbing steep set of stairs, hotel offered alternate room only at additional cost. Reception staff gave cold and insensitive vibes. Room view was blocked by electric poles, wires and shrubs, not the sea view as advertised. There were bugs on the bed, curtains not covering the entire length. Vacation plan / schedule & mood got spoilt. Breakfast though was good. Would neither ever stay here nor would recommend anyone.
