not a great option for Indian vegetarian guests. it's not even a hotel, it's a condominium. staff is very good but infrastructure is very poor

The stay at the resort was amazing. The food options were just perfect (given that I am a vegetarian). The location, amenities, resort staff, property, cleanliness everything was on point. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay altogether. Will definitely love to come back to Indochine resort and villas

Very good location for families not very far from the main area staff service is excellent. Breakfast is also excellent. Very scenic especially villas have a very good view.

Most Pathetic property to stay. It is not 5 star propert which they claim to be. Rooms smell badly. Property is not like that it seem to be in pictures. So got the hotel change as didn’t wanted to spoil my trip.

This resort was very scenic, ocean front suite plus good views. Nice cafe and overall experience. Would definitely recommend

Location isn't good, quite far from the beaches. Room was accessible only after climbing two storey equivalent of stairs, this is not mentioned anywhere while booking. Despite explaining our difficulty in climbing steep set of stairs, hotel offered alternate room only at additional cost. Reception staff gave cold and insensitive vibes. Room view was blocked by electric poles, wires and shrubs, not the sea view as advertised. There were bugs on the bed, curtains not covering the entire length. Vacation plan / schedule & mood got spoilt. Breakfast though was good. Would neither ever stay here nor would recommend anyone.

The hotel is very beautiful and hospitality of the hotel staff is very nice. Easy check-in and check-out with all the amenities as per rating of a 5 star hotel. I am definitely going to stay here next time i m in phuket.

It was a very beautiful stay with great ocean villas and amazing food along-with very polite staff. The only thing that bothered me was my villa was right next to road so there were vehicle noises all the time - so bit turned off. Rest it was a beautiful stay

The rooms are well-maintained and very well-designed. we stayed in the ocean studio with private plunge pool first and then moved to a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment with a private pool. both were outstanding. staff is very hospitable and helpful.

I recently stayed at Indo Chine Resort and Villas in Phuket with my wife and 1-year-old son for 4 nights, and it was a truly memorable experience for our family. Location: The resort is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. It’s conveniently located just a short drive from Patong Beach, yet far enough to provide a serene and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. Accommodation: We stayed in the Sky Suite with a Plunge Pool, and it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The private plunge pool added a luxurious touch, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscapes. After a long day of exploring, sitting on the balcony at night, soaking in the serene views, was the perfect way to unwind. The hotel provided a baby cot free of charge, which was a thoughtful addition and made our stay with our toddler much more comfortable. Dining Experience: I opted for the breakfast-only package, and while the breakfast options were sufficient for vegan preferences, they were quite limited compared to the non-vegan spread. For Indian vegans, the options across all three meals were sparse and could definitely be improved. A few more Indian vegetarian dishes would add a lot of value and appeal to Indian guests. Facilities: The resort offers excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pools, and a rooftop restaurant. The restaurant is particularly worth mentioning for its stunning sunset views and a mix of Thai and international dishes, though the vegan options could use more variety. The shuttle service between the room and reception was prompt and reliable, which made navigating the hillside location very convenient, especially with a young child. Service: The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or ensuring the baby cot was set up perfectly. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Value for Money: While this is a premium resort, the luxurious stay, attentive service, and incredible views made it well worth the cost. Room for Improvement: The limited vegan options, especially for Indian travelers, are a key area for improvement. While the breakfast had just enough vegan options, a wider variety, especially of Indian vegetarian food, would greatly enhance the dining experience. Final Thoughts: Our 4-night stay at Indo Chine Resort and Villas was a wonderful retreat for our family, and we would gladly stay here again. The luxurious accommodations, stunning views, and excellent service made for an unforgettable experience. Despite the limited vegan options, we had a fantastic time and look forward to returning on our next visit to Phuket. Rating: 4.5/5
