It was delightful and totally worth it. The pool was truly amazing. The food was amazing. The Indian menu for in room dining was delicious to every penny. The breakfast spread had a lot of Indian delicacies as well. The housekeeping was fast and the jacuzzi was so freshing. The direct access to beach was definitely worth it.

Terrible Stay

I had a very unpleasant experience at Hyatt Regency Phuket. The room we were given had visible moisture and dampness, which not only made it uncomfortable but also gave it a musty smell. For a property of this brand, I expected far better maintenance. What made things even worse was the behavior of the staff. I couldn’t help but notice that they treated Indian guests very differently compared to other nationalities. The tone, attitude, and general courtesy towards us were shockingly poor — far from the hospitality one expects from a global chain. We felt disrespected and unwelcome throughout our stay. Hyatt should take serious note of such discriminatory attitudes and work on staff training and customer service standards. I will not be recommending this property to anyone, especially fellow Indian travelers.

One of the best properties I have ever been to, people were so good specially Flora was very good in making you feel comfortable. They upgraded the room instantly because our room was not ready. Their breakfast buffet was better than any other 5 star hotel. I must say everyone should go there once if they need a quiet and relaxing vacation in phuket.

Everything was excellent in hyatt. They have a lot of indian food options for in room dining and also in breakfast with excellent taste, they also have lot of activities for kids. Service in the hotel is very promt not like any other resort that I have seen. Location is little far way from patong beach but we used BOLT so we didnt face any problem its best for a relaxing trip also with kids

No Beach. Which was a downer. But Kamala Beach is only 10 minutes away by shuttle/bolt, which is a great beach. Expensive spa, but many reasonable and good spa available near Kamala Beach. Amazing spread on breakfast. Casa Boho - the food and drinks are excellent! Just take the bed, mini pool and music. Great vibe. Great biggie/cart services from rooms - almost always on time except once when it didn’t for 20 minutes. Property is not walkable, so have to rely on the cart service - which is easy and fast. The pool is fantastic and the view is great too, of the sea. Interiors are great. Rooms are clean and fresh. Except one toilette leakage in one of our room, which they repaired but it still didn’t get fixed. Which is a minor fault. If we requested, they would have changed the room for us. But okay. Great value for money - this hotel. Excellent property, loved it.

The resort boasts a stunning pool and a variety of restaurants, perfect for those who enjoy dining with plenty of options. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. However, if you’re a vegetarian, the food may not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, even the vegetarian dishes had a lingering smell of fish, which might be off-putting for some. For meat eaters, the dining experience will likely be more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a lovely resort, but vegetarian guests might find the food options a bit lacking.
