One of my favorite hotel. We booked phoenix palace hotel twice during our stay in hanoi and while returning from halong bay again. The staffs are fluent in english and courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is just amazing. The location is also very ideal for going to night market or tourist sites and also grab cabs are easily available. Definitely recommended.
