We had an excellent 3n stay at this Shining Central Hotel & Spa. Landed early 6am at hanoi and reached the Shining Central Hotel & Spa by 8am. In-spite of check-in being at 2pm, they arranged for free early check-in by 8. 30am. The staff -specially ms. Suzy was extremely supportive. She gave us qua say (mixed fried fruits+ welcome drink and made us very comfortable. The Shining Central Hotel & Spa is in prime location, 2mim walk from ho-an kiem lake. And near main highway. They gave us map of old quarter for best sightseeing spots/ cafes/ market lanes, etc. They even booked for us tours for ninh bin h and halon g bay at very good rates. And suzy also coordinated with our next Shining Central Hotel & Spa guy at dong h oi to ensure our further trip goes smoothly. One improvement area is for vegetarian food during breakfast. They have very minimal options.
