One of my favorite Phoenix Palace Hotel Hanoi. We booked phoenix palace Phoenix Palace Hotel Hanoi twice during our stay in hanoi and while returning from halong bay again. The staffs are fluent in english and courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is just amazing. The location is also very ideal for going to night market or tourist sites and also grab cabs are easily available. Definitely recommended.
