The rooms were really big but the ac took some time to pick up ... the lights in the room were weak and placed incorrectly ... all facilities like microwave fridge dishwasher were there .. the bathrooms were great ... the breakfast was alright , not fantastic but not too bad either ... no porter service at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich ... they don’t even have room service and you have to go down to the reception if you need something ... they don’t even have an intercom in the room ... I would give 3/5 for the stay

The stay has been super good! closed to the airport - check in has been super efficient! rooms are cozy and well maintained! we were upgraded to better room along with kitchen. I would recommend this place to someone who wants to be in zurich for long periods as metro is right in front of the Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich!

The property is located at a distance from the city centre. Takes about half an hour on Tram to reach the Hotel. Though it's closer to the Airport. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are nice. Big negative is that rooms don't have a phone. So you have to come to the reception to ask for anything.

Room was excellent with kitchenette and fantastic spacious toilette , staff behaviour was too good ,also the ameneties provided was good , there was an Italian restaurant which was part of this Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich

loved the location next to Lugia restaurant,staff was very cooperative. Room was clean , bathroom was clean, there was self laundary facilities also

Stayed for 4 nights during our summer vacation. Location is good for access to public transport ,supermarkets, and airport.Food was decent enough,but could be repetitive for more than 2 days.

Great service and great staff with a nice continental breakfast spread. The Hotel is close to the Tram station and very convenient to reach from the airport as well as the city center.

The accommodation was spacious, Ms Elena and other front desk staff was courteous and the breakfast had a good spread.

Service was good. I am satisfied
