Citizen Zurich Hotel provided an exceptional stay! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, especially when my forex card wasn’t working, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Both the front desk and bar staff were warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zurich!

We stayed at citizen m citizenM Zurich from 08 oct for 1 night in zurich and we had an amazing experience. Right from early check in, great hospitality, eagerness they provided help in each and every aspect. They helped us call a taxi before leaving for zurich train station as well

The rooms are small but very well utilised. You will not feel congested. Situated in the heart of the city, it is close to all the attractions.

Located at a walking distance from zurich central station. Room was superlative in terms of facilities and cleanliness. Staff was very helpful.
