Terrible Stay

Room was not cleaned properly, ac wasn’t working , all the cutlery were used ones in room. Called the manager at night 11pm to resolve the issue. For each thing you have to go down to reception and inform them. No walkie-talkie at the hotel

The rooms were pretty tiny but bathroom facilities were nice with multiple showers and smooth hot/cold controls. Tap water was not potable. We had go downstairs every time to fill water from a single fountain which was very inconvenient

Pathetic AC, even though keeping it at a temperature of 18° and full fan, we were sweating all night. It is nowhere mentioned that the hotel policy runs around self service, there are no phone and you have to run to the reception for every tiny thing. The Hotel made their rules clear,

The rooms were really big but the ac took some time to pick up ... the lights in the room were weak and placed incorrectly ... all facilities like microwave fridge dishwasher were there .. the bathrooms were great ... the breakfast was alright , not fantastic but not too bad either ... no porter service at the hotel ... they don’t even have room service and you have to go down to the reception if you need something ... they don’t even have an intercom in the room ... I would give 3/5 for the stay
