I already heard this hotel only for transit passangers, but for me, there are two things that happened unexpectedly. When I went upstairs to the hotel, as soon as I arrived inside the airport, I must hold the boarding pass to go through the bar. Additionally, I have a QR code of flight ticket on my phone running by Etihad airways. Thus, the problem is no staff of Etihad airways to issue the boarding pass. In contrast, there are staff of Oman airline and Salam airline to issue the boarding pass at desk. One of employees advised me to get a help from Etihad airways departure site of outside airport. There were no crews of Etihad airways, but both Oman Airlines and Salam Airlines' crews were there. In Muscat airport, both airlines are best at least to get any helps. Although I had a QR code on the phone to check-in by myself online, the flight time was crucial to go through the departure gate. I can't pass the departure site without presenting of flight information through the display of departure schedule.

Misleading Location - Terrible Experience

I booked this hotel based on the listing that clearly stated it was located outside the airport. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover it’s inside the airport, requiring access that I didn’t have. I wasn’t allowed in, leaving me stranded and forced to make last-minute alternative arrangements. This level of misinformation is unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on accurate location details. I wasted both time and money because of this. Please update your listing to reflect the correct location so others don’t face the same frustration.

Location and room was good but food quality was not that good. Very limited options in lunch, dinner and breakfast and that that too was not fresh or finished within first 30 mins for most of the times refilling of food was for limited options only and that too with 15-20 mins waiting.

Great sleep

Stay in hotel for catching up morning flight. Layover time use for sleeping. Welcome by staff and receipt of call from reception after 6 hours ensures you don’t extend another hour. I was able to sleep for nice 6 hours and boarding my flight in time. As hotel is inside terminal you are almost at gates.
