From the start its nice,but you know even we don't request for cleaning to our room everyday someone is knocking its feel annoying. And the worst thing is in our last day around 10am while we are still sleeping the housekeeping team get in the room because someone advice to him its already check out. Me and my husband feel quiet disappointed. Because its not our first time to stay there its many times and that's a very very first time that thing happen.

Good value for money, close to mutrah souk

For the price paid, i think this is a really good hotel. The location is in ruwi, 5 minutes away by car from mutrah souk and corniche. The breakfast amazed me! it had a good variety and tasted really good. The room was average, with a little old furniture, the closet was very noisy when opening it as well. The toilet was okay. The gym seemed okay but it was crowded. The swimming pool water was not clean and was very cold, i barely swam for 1 minute. The staff were very friendly and professional.

The room has a bad smell but still bearable. The wardrobes, cabinets and drawers internal surfaces have lots of stains. The wardrobe has a bad smell too that i did not make use of it to hang my clothes.

Nice place to stay. Good big rooms. Morning free breakfast. Neat clean rooms. Gym and swimming pool is also there. We all with family enjoyed our stay in this hotel during the ed holiday. 15/6/2024 to 16/6/2024 i suggest all guest should come with family and book this hotel stay with breakfast facility.

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel staff was very warm and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite good. Need to renovate the bathrooms in the rooms as they seem a bit old and worn off plus water pressure was very less. But overall a very pleasant stay.
