Outstanding hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy and well - equipped. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always with a warm smile. The food in the restaurant is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Location is great too. Highly recommended!

Poor Stay

I stayed there two night. My kid made some dirt on bedsheet during the stay of first night. In the morning i asked them to do housekeeping and clean my room but the haven't changed any thing. Even the towels were not changed and only 1 towel was given for my full family. So my experience was very odd.

Location is good, near to the airport,

I visited muscat for a business meeting and stayed one night at secure inn. Room is just fine for business traveler as located near airport. Breakfast was just ok, can improve by adding more items in the menu.

Positives : Friendly staff , clean room, cozy bed , super air conditioning, spa, night club, breakfast is okay, high speed WiFi Negatives: shower room is too small , and bathroom floor water is trapped no way to out , gym is not great , no bench’s , some machines are out of service , no near by restaurants , tv Chanel’s mostly Arab language , no option to stream YouTube on tv

Had a great stay! The food was really good with decent variety. The location is convenient and very close to the airport. The property was neat and clean, and the staff were very cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend!
