To begin with no wifi, room poorly lit with no tea coffee maker in the room, no toiletries, smelly room and bathroom, unfriendly staff and very poor breakfast with bad hospitality. Stay away from this hotel. No value for money. Totally unprofessional.

A very average hotel in a good location. The photographs online, are far from reality. The rooms in no way match those shown online. Hot water in winter is not available in this place. Insects, ants etc are a bonus !! The staff are equally unresponsive. I stayed for 3-4 days and each day I had to request the front office to set right issues in the room. Of course they never bothered or heard the issues. That’s of course the way the hotel works. I have just uploaded two photos as against those shown by the hotel online. One can judge the differences just by looking at the photos. Make my trip was the site I used to book the hotel and the photos I got on my reservation confirmation was very attractive but reality was terrible.

The guest house had good rooms and in a central location but getting to the place is a challenge given the narrow roads. Rooms were clean but WiFi was very poor and lift was not working for both days. Service was decent and overall I would rate LOW.

Good location, food and amenities. Has a Bath tub to relax. 24 hrs running hot water and restaurant. The rooms are cleaned daily. Good helping staff. Safe for solo female travelers. Stayed there for 4 days post my trek. Value for money. Room service is prompt.

This is a reasonable hotel. The food is basic. The rooms and toilets are clean. The linen is good. The Air-Conditioner was not working properly. Not provided even a bottle of water. Supply of hot water is good. No good South Indian restaurant nearby.

Over all okay. Safer place for the family to stay. Morning breakfast is fine. Regular in room maintenance. However the food price in restaurant is high and even poor quality. I can recommend this hotel for the visitors from India as we have two nice Indian restaurants near to this hotel in affordable price.
