Far from the madding crowd!

The property is not suitable if you are a tourist. It is located on a steep slope away from any markets/ restaurants/ sites. They supposedly run a shuttle service to help you commute to/from the nearby market, but we did not get this facility on all 3 days that we were there despite asking. Cabs/ Bikes etc. are almost impossible to get, so you end up walking atleast 1.5km whenever you head out. Choose this only if you are looking just to relax in the hotel and not go anywhere. Otherwise the property is neat and clean and the staff is very courteous. However the food is quite expensive so look for packages including all meals as there are no alternate food options nearby. We chose a King Deluxe Room which was spacious and comfortable.

Nice Hotel, Specious room and Excellent service. Good if you want to stay in Hotel and relax, otherwise far away from the tourist destinations and the city, you will need taxies to move anywhere and taxies are not cheap in Kathmandu.

I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, and I genuinely loved the experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful hill area, away from the city noise, with a beautiful view of both the mountains and the city from the balcony. The approach is smooth, and it’s quite easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, and one thing that stood out to me was the citrus lemon aroma throughout the stay. Food-wise, I tried the Nepali thali, which was authentic and satisfying. Also had fried rice with chicken, and it tasted great. A big part of why the stay felt so good was the team at the hotel: Ankash was really passionate while explaining the local culture and heritage, and he shared great insights about nearby tourist spots. Rachana was always smiling and very approachable. She explained the routes clearly, which made it easy for me to plan my sightseeing. Ranjit was calm, polite, and quietly helpful throughout. Preeti was sweet and thoughtful—she clicked my photos and suggested what food to try based on my taste. Sujina, dressed beautifully in traditional Nepali attire, gave me useful guidance about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and refreshing stay with great service, beautiful views, good food, and that unforgettable citrus lemon freshness all around.

My stay here was a perfect blend of peace and luxury. I explored multiple 5-star properties in the Kathmandu area, but this was the only one offering stunning mountain and valley views. From its location, amenities, food, and hospitality—everything was exceptional and prompt. The complimentary jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were delightful additions, especially during winter. The infinity pool is an ideal spot for Instagram enthusiasts. The hospitality of Prabin and Aditya at the hotel was truly commendable. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thamel is approximately a 20-minute drive away, and all major attractions are within close proximity, making it easy to explore the beauty and savor the cuisine of Kathmandu.

I stayed at Lemon Tree Premier, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, and I genuinely loved the experience. The Lemon Tree Premier Buddhanilkantha is located in a peaceful hill area, away from the city noise, with a beautiful view of both the mountains and the city from the balcony. The approach is smooth, and it’s quite easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy, and one thing that stood out to me was the citrus lemon aroma throughout the stay. Food-wise, I tried the Nepali thali, which was authentic and satisfying. Also had fried rice with chicken, and it tasted great. A big part of why the stay felt so good was the team at the Lemon Tree Premier Buddhanilkantha: Ankash was really passionate while explaining the local culture and heritage, and he shared great insights about nearby tourist spots. Rachana was always smiling and very approachable. She explained the routes clearly, which made it easy for me to plan my sightseeing. Ranjit was calm, polite, and quietly helpful throughout. Preeti was sweet and thoughtful—she clicked my photos and suggested what food to try based on my taste. Sujina, dressed beautifully in traditional Nepali attire, gave me useful guidance about the Lemon Tree Premier Buddhanilkantha facilities and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and refreshing stay with great service, beautiful views, good food, and that unforgettable citrus lemon freshness all around.

My stay here was a perfect blend of peace and luxury. I explored multiple 5-star properties in the Kathmandu area, but this was the only one offering stunning mountain and valley views. From its location, amenities, food, and hospitality—everything was exceptional and prompt. The complimentary jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were delightful additions, especially during winter. The infinity pool is an ideal spot for Instagram enthusiasts. The hospitality of Prabin and Aditya at the Lemon Tree Premier Buddhanilkantha was truly commendable. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thamel is approximately a 20-minute drive away, and all major attractions are within close proximity, making it easy to explore the beauty and savor the cuisine of Kathmandu.

Excellent property away from hustle and bustle of the city. Very large rooms even with king size beds. Very large spread and choice of food. Quality of food and taste is excellent. Very hospitable staff everywhere. They also have lots of other facilities eg spa, gym etc. Consider one of the best property in kathmandu. Surely would like to stay here again

Nice Hotel, Specious room and Excellent service. Good if you want to stay in Hotel and relax, otherwise far away from the tourist destinations and the city, you will need taxies to move anywhere and taxies are not cheap in Kathmandu.
