Hotel Staff are very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. I even forgot my little thing. I returned to fetch it. Neatly packed my small item was returned to me (lost & found). The rooms are cozy, clean and warm at an affordable price.

The hotel staff was very good & accommodating. The only issue was that no hot water wasn't available for a day. Food was v. Good, too. Helpful with cab booking

Hotel didn't informed that they'll not provide us smoking room, they haven't turned on ac, and while i was drunk at around 3 am they given me bills for food and drinks which i haven't consumed,

It's a recently renovated but only for its common areas like restaurant and lobby. Rooms and especially bathroom needs better facelift. Staff also have to work on their communication skills. Restaurant needs to buckle up with better food quality
