hotel is just a ‘nightmare’ for us

1. All the 3 rooms were 3rd class. None of the rooms have working ac, not good airflow in room its not easy to stay in this room 2. There was no generator we slept in power cut for 2 hours mid night, alot of mosquitoes. This hotel was just a nighmate for us. Will not book such hotel ever

Worst experience in the hotel never book this hotel. The room was so worst that just after entering the room i had to leave it and book a new hotel, i also lost my money and ruined my trip. In the room nothing was working and the room was so unhygienic that no one can stay in it. There was no water in the bathroom, fan and lights were not working and the bedsheets and the bathroom was very dirty and in the worst condition ever seen, the walls were very dirty. The hotel provided no service and the hotel staff and receptionist was also very rude and talked with us in a very rude manner. I would like to suggest that never book this hotel

Had the worst experience on hotel nomad kathmandu. They did not gave us the room with balcony on the first day of stay despite the amount paid by us. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative. They even lied about a working restaurant. In reality there was not even tea coffee available. The rooms were old. Hardly one bulb in deluxe room. Never recommending this to anyone
