    The hotel is in primary location with lot of restaurants and shopping places. Room was above average. Ac was working and bed was clean. Restroom - below average - not clean and stinking. Hot water was working fine. Bathtub drain was not working.

    It was just cheating as i was not felicitated by what i had booked. The service was poor. They told me that we are not cleaning the room every day. Tv was not working. No phone facility. They had not provided shampoo for the first two days out of three. The bathroom door lock was not working. On the top i was not able to connect makemytrip people as they were not listening to my voice through internet calling. Overall poor service.

    Tap was broken and not replaced after multiple complaints. So we vacated on next day and moved to another one. Not recommended.

    Please avoid this hotel. Ratings don't match with the hotel. Same comments for pics given. Hotel is not only dirty but staff is rude and fraud. They offered me to upgrade the hotel which was around 1300. Already paid 437inr. However the fraud person charged 2000npr instead of 1300. I had worst experience in this hotel.

    This is one of worst hotel i found so far. Nothing is good here. Amenities are wrong mentioned on make my trip. Please correct it as soon as possible. Room is not clean. Dirty water. Service is worst. No one is responding properly
