Please do not make booking in this hotel because this hotel asks for extra money even after taking the money.Because of this hotel the passenger.Because it asks for advance payment even after taking the money and due to this the customer suffered a loss

l booked Razzys, guest house at Kuala lumper for for days i. e from 30.03.2025 to03. 04.2025.On reaching guest house, it was found that the said guest house has been closed for the last 2-3 months. We faced great inconvenience and wasted time for searching accomodation I intimated the position on your what's app number. But no satisfactory reply was received. I requested for refund of advance. further, yesterday we sent make my trip gurugram, request through registered post to refund the advance along with compensation for harassment and for wasting our time. So, you are requested to look into the matter and suitable action may be taken to avoid litigation at a later date. Urvesh Goel,,,, ****** email ******

I didn't check in. This guest house is closed. But the makemytrip are still booking. This has wasted a lot of my time, loss of money due to coming from far away and has caused mental distress. As an urgency i didn't check the reviews because i believed makemytrip. I want compensation. Otherwise there is no option but to go to court.

so many pictures of this hotels fecilities, while seeing am very happy. Becouse the pictures are very nice. When i reached here the fecilities are utterly difference. Very poor no ac, no fan, no electricity and there have lots of rat and insterts. So we don't stay there so i look to make cancel. But no way to cancel very poor. So i humbly request you to give me the refund to my account.
