The rooms were old. Telephone in one of the rooms did not work. The buffet breakfast was so disappointing. we were vegetarians, they served us stale dal. The floor manager did not even do anything about it. The chef came and smelt it and conveniently just took it back. There was no apology or anything of that sort. The refills were not happening for a long time. There was no butter, bread or glasses, cups or even tea being refilled on time.

Situated at the prime centre of the city and a room with the PETRONAS tower view, this is a pretty good deal. They served a really good breakfast and the staff was very friendly as well. Although it's an old building, everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a really good stay.
