Mandarin Oriental group is the best when it comes to delighting guests with their impeccable service and attention to detail. Everything was provided for including small items like hot milk etc, for my 2. 5 yr old daughter. Everything went off smoothly and comfortably. The rooms and bathrooms have everything you need and are large and comfortable. Well lit and air-conditioned. My bathroom had a tub and a shower area with all amenities provided for. The mini bar is pretty extensive and I had to ask them to clear many items in order to make way to store my 2. 5 yr daughters items like milk/juice etc. The location is right next to Suria with a 2 minute walk. It's actually the next building with no boundary all. So just hop over. The park is behind it with great shows in the evening. Too is right next door. The food is very good with breakfast having a never ending spread of dishes. Live counters for Indian, Continental, Malaysian and Chinese, along with assortments of breads, cheese, cold cuts, meats, fruits, juices, etc. One would be hard pressed to find something missing. Many other malls are either walking distance or just a 5 minute ride in an uber/taxi. You need not venture anyway far if you are a shopping buff. We were on the top floor and views were fantastic. Great job MMT and MO for this wonderful vacation.

We stayed only for one night and had a great time going to nearby locations in KL. The fact that it is next to makes if a very convenient location. The breakfast at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur was good. The rooms were clean and service levels were good too. The city was having a big demonstration on the date when we were to check in. We called up the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur to check how to get into the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur since the demonstration was in front of. The staff had no clue and so had to walk a good 2 kilometers. They could have given us the nearest walkable distance.

The location and ambience deserves 5 stars… but had a little bit hiccups here and there so rating them 4.. they made us wait for an hour just for mineral water as they had already provided 4 for the day.. there was no coffee maker in the room just a kettle and other one or two here and there but apart from that the stay was pleasant.. We had Petronas tower view room which was amazing.. the breakfast served had many options to choose from and tasted good too.. staff is super polite and ready to help..

The rooms are elegantly appointed, with a timeless luxury feel that blends Asian touches with modern comforts. My room featured floor-to-ceiling windows with views over KLCC Park, a plush king-size bed, a marble bathroom with a soaking tub, and top-tier amenities including Diptyque toiletries, Nespresso machine, and a pillow menu. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, providing turndown service daily.

This is really a good Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur at reasonable room rates, but the food cost and breakfast are pretty costly. There are many restaurants nearby at better prices so location dominates the price of the service available. Overall me and my wife enjoyed the tower view (Malaysian twin towers) from our room and enjoyed the stay.

Was in a room with kong bed. Pretty comfortable bed and the work desk was super comfortable. Liked the fact that a lot of toiletries were not plastic. The Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur has made a conscious decision to reduce single-use plastic without bragging about it. The breakfast spread was superb with good choice of vegetarian diishes

Best part about the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is the location. Petronas tower, klcc mall, park are all around the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are well kept, in room dining has ample indian food options and they serve a decent indian food spread at the breakfast

The food was very good, the stay was excellent, and the staff were polite. The property is perfectly located right next to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park.

A centrally located Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. Quick Getaways to malls and KLCC YRT Station. Good service. Strongly recommended.

The Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur location and stay was just amazing as it was located just beside KL Towers. The food and the hospitality was excellent @ mandarin oriental. I would surely recommend this as the view from the room was also superb.

Hotel is location right next to tower and convenient go Around City. Mall is next door and enjoy the food and shopping on mall. The Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur breakfast was really good.

The overall experience was fantastic. Accommodation, food, ambiance, hospitality and staff all are exceptional! Glad to have stayed at this amazing place.
