The hotel staff was neither friendly nor cooperative. Initially, they often do not provide the rooms you originally booked. Instead, they may assign you smaller or lower-quality rooms. Later, they offer slightly better rooms as an "upgrade," but only if you agree to pay additional charges. This practice appears to be common at this hotel, as I noticed other online-booking guests facing similar issues. The room was not properly cleaned and had an unpleasant smell, as if it had been closed for several months. The amenities and cleanliness depicted in the online photos were completely misleading and did not match the actual condition of the room. This discrepancy added to the overall disappointing experience.

It is quite close to the Monorail, LRT & MRT lines of public transport which was a great convenience. Indian & Pakistani restaurants are at walkable distance from the property. The swimming pool is well maintained. We booked 4 standard rooms without a view. The carpet area of the room is quite small. But over all a good stay.

My experience with the receptionist lady and the guy there made the stay special. They were from the day shift and very friendly and helpful. Though the hotel was just ok, with a decent swimming pool, our interaction with them made my stay worth it. The night shift person was not that helpful though. Unfortunately i just forgot to note down the names. You can try it once.
