Property location - Overall location is peaceful. The resort is around 5 km to the ubud market, however, due to traffic it can be up to 30-40 min or even more to reach the hotel. There is a policy to prefer local drivers in Ubud so sometimes you can face issue while booking the cab from Grab or go-jek. However, drop is allowed. Food - Different cuisines are available. Indian food options are limited. Food prices are in the range of luxury resorts. Service was top-notch, all amenities listed were available. Staff is very helpful andpolite.

The resort is very good, veg food options are very limited. The views from the premium room is extremely good. Very limited to negligible indian food options. The staff mr. Ad i senna and dejus were very kind and helpful the only con is the location, it is in the interior and isolated place. You will need a vehicle to go outside, can't go walking anywhere outside.

Hotel property is very nice. Ambience is good, rooms are spacious with good view from the balcony. Service wise felt bit average as my bathroom was having issue with hot water and had to wait long for it. Restaurant staff and reception staff is very polite and generous.
