Location - excellent- right in the central UBUD, where all the cafe and restaurants and market are walking distance. Services - very good, we had early morning travel before their breakfast timings but they were sweet enough to prepare breakfast for us before timing.

Our stay at bis-ma eight was great, we were upgraded to the canopy suite & it was very comfortable, the hot tub is really relaxing after a tiresome day out. The breakfast was good & the staff courteous & very polite. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Also the shopping street & restaurants are all close by. Also the ubud palace. Our dinner at the cafe lotus was great, the food & ambience was remarkable & the staff very hostile, even-though we did not have a reservation they welcomed us. It was a great stay in ubud.

Hotel is located in the middle of ubud. It is a nicely made property with good in room amenities. But the title of the rooms can be misleading e. G. Canopy suite isn’t under any jungle canopy. Windows on the back of the room are blind and those opening inside the hotel are about 25-30 feet away from the opposite room. Breakfast menu is poorly designed with no variation. Service is bad. It took 45 minutes to one hour every day to finish it. Staff though polite is not receptive. Overall not value for money.

Stayed for 2 days while on a 6 days trip to Bali. Splendid room with garden view, great service and superb breakfast especially Ricotta dumplings. Near to Ubud centre with great amenities, nice swimming pool to enjoy and relax in Ubud. Will visit again.
