The Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa, Phuket

The resort facade / beach views are good. Food is not good. Breakfast very limited and taste wise also its bad. Once i ordered Indian food and it seemed like they just microwaved frozen food and brought it thick and cold. Even continental breakfast isnt good. its off season and the resort was at 25% capacity only. still they gave me the room at the back most block of the building. rooms were musky and humid with a bad smell. coming out of corridor also it was a very bad smell. Rooms are other wise spacious. its well made. but the service can be much better

Very nice room and hospitality. Well trained staff, rooms were well cleaned & hygienic with good view. Nice buffet with variety of options in breakfast for Vegetarians and Non-vegetarians both

Beautiful property, Great pools. I BOOKED THE SEA VIEW DUPLEX. View was amazing. It was my sisters and my birthdayand they did decorate the rooms and offered free cake which was a sweet gesture and they offer paddle boating at the properly inclusive. My review could be an understatement but I stayed at 4 different properties in phuket in 5 days and it was the best one.

I recently stayed at westin siray bay phuket and was disappointed with the dining experience. We booked a package that included a two-course meal, expecting a buffet, but instead, we were presented with a limited menu featuring only 8-9 items across two categories. We could only choose one option from each category, and there was no dessert offered. This felt far from the advertised experience and significantly impacted our stay. To make matters worse, when we asked for water, we were informed that it wasn’t included in the dinner package we chose. The overall service was lacking, and I expected more given the hotel’s reputation. I hope they can improve their dining options in the future.

I recently stayed at the westin siray bay resort & spa with a group of 10 adults and 7 children, booking a total of 6 rooms for our holiday. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below expectations, leading us to feel quite disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the service was subpar. Check-in was a frustrating ordeal, with rooms being allocated one by one starting around 4 pm, significantly later than the standard 2 pm check-in time. We had to assert ourselves just to check in at 5 pm, and the last two rooms were finally provided at 6 pm. This lack of organization was not what we anticipated for a property of this caliber. While the location of the resort is beautiful, the service did not match the surroundings. We faced excessive delays of up to 90 minutes for in-room dining, which was quite unacceptable. We also attended the new year’s party hosted at the resort, which was quite overpriced for the quality offered. The event left much to be desired and did not reflect the premium experience we had expected. Despite sharing our grievances directly with the general manager, who was apologetic, the overall experience left our group feeling cheated, especially considering we collectively spent over 16 lakhs inr. In summary, i would recommend avoiding this property if you are looking for a true marriott bonvoy experience. There are certainly better options available that deliver the service and value you would expect.

The service was terrible. The amenities were average. The hotel needs more up keep. The service was extremely bad.

Truly a 5 star experience. The location is unlike i have ever seen in my life. We took the ocean view room and it was with every penny. The italian food by their restaurant pr-ego was also outstanding. The staff is very courteous and quick. They even have free shuttles everyday to the city, even as far as patong.

Wonderful stay, with great views of the bay! the staff is nice, humble, and the food is great! the room is cozy and nicely kept!

I went there for a few days with my friends and had a great time. The property is extremely beautiful, the pools are awesome and the private beach is to die for. The staff was extremely helpful and hospital as is expected from a marriott bonvoy property. Loved the stay

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was an absolute delight overall. The views are amazing and the staff are very nice. The location is a little away from all the hustle and bustle but there is plenty for you to do at the hotel. There are 3 pools and you might get one more if you book a room with a shared or private pool. There are a bunch of activities like yoga, boxing etc. There is a private beach inside the property and the best thing is you can kayak there for free. The rooms and the views are were amazing. The hotel provides daily shuttles to the main areas of the city and you can take it to go party or sightseeing. Breakfast was good to start with but it was the same menu everyday which is something that could be made better. Other meals are all wonderful in taste. The price and quantity are what you would expect expect in a five star hotel. Overall, we loved it and will definitely recommend

They gave the room with no air con working, when we asked to repair they said that it will take 3 hours for repair, but instead they said to use another room in another building. As we checked late nit at 11:30 pm so we chose another room for one night and next day shifted to our original room. Also flush of toilet was not working properly. Rest all was brilliant, staff, room service, ocean view from room, buggy service, food, etc. Will highly recommend this hotel but above issues from such reputed hotel should be taken care of before anyone checking in.

Arrived there at 2.30 PM for 3PM check in but didn't get room till 5. Very bad experience in terms of hospitality. I had 2 kids out of them one is iust 3 months old. they were not at all ready to give room. My day wasted as got my room too late. Also, room service like water is very much delayed after a call. I got water after 3 calls and around 30mins follow up.

Checkin was delayed and room was provided to us by 4:30 pm only. The reception team were pressing us to take inferior room which we didnt agree as we paid for higher room class. No one was able to provide valid justification of this delay. This way we couldn't enjoy our evenings and lot of time was wasted.

Great property good views and excellent staff. Pleasure to visit the property again any time soon.
