A pleasant stay overall! The rooms are neat and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located right across Kalim Beach, offering a nice view and easy access to local attractions. Tuk-tuks and Grab rides are easily available just outside, making travel around Phuket very convenient.

Hey My family booked this hotel for 3 days vacation and would surely recommend it to all. The staff is cooperative and the services are on time. The location is wonderful. I would again prefer a location like this over Patong beach as it guves everything along with a little more serenity than hotels near Patong. We faced little bit of electricity and intercom issue (which was temporary for whole hotel for 2 days) but for electricity we were offered another room as that was happening again and again. But that is just a routine thing that happens even at home. At the end we loved the stay specially the pool area.

I had terrible experience staying here. 1. The staffs are not very friendly 2. wifi is not secured so please be aware 3. Same breakfast menu for all 3 days worst food be ready to eat only toast bread if you are veg 4. Landline were not workings that time due to which for eveything you need to go down 5. they cant even extend an hour as late checkout 6. It is only 1 km from patong but each side tuk tuk take 200 thai bath

The resort was absolutely fantastic, location was good just opposite the beach the staff and services were on point. If someone is looking for a calm and peaceful stay in Phuket this is the right place stay in

The property is a good one with value for money right opposite to Kalim beach. We stayed there for 4 days and the stay was good. The pool was well maintained. The lock for our room had problems and they send people to fix it when we were not able to open it and the last day they moved us into another room. The buffet breakfast was also good and they had some Indian dishes along with the western bacon, pork sausages, baked beans etc. The staff is very helpful and they provide complimentary drop and pick up to Patong and Bangla street

I recently stayed at Sunset Beach Resort, Phuket, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The resort is located in a quieter part of Patong, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the city center. The complimentary shuttle service made it very convenient to reach Patong’s lively areas, and the beach right across the road added to the charm. The pool area with its bar was a perfect place to relax, and the beautiful views of the sea made the evenings even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and provided great views, creating a relaxing environment throughout. Breakfast had a wide variety of options with both local and international dishes, ensuring a good start to each day. Overall, Sunset Beach Resort offered a wonderful balance of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty, making my stay in Phuket memorable and enjoyable.

The hotel location is perfect, Seven eleven is nearby, Indian restaurants are just 300 to 400 metres away, Patong beach is hardly 1 km away, cabs can be booked just outside the hotel lobby... The room's size is a little smaller than the standard size room.

We stayed at the hotel for a day and the views from the room were very good. Hotel has all basic amenities with a hourly bus ride to patong beach.

Great property. View of cliff from balcony was amazing. Ambiance was great. Service was good. Cleanliness was optimum. Had a great stay. Will recommend to visit and use this stay.

Hotel location was secluded. The partial sea view or a full sea view is actually a view of wires. When we stayed electricity was off for 2 hours. No support from staff. There was continuous hammer noise in the afternoon. Staff didn’t do anything about any of the problem. Not worth it.

it was a nice stay and near the beach . we really liked the area and the service. the reception girls were very polite i really liked them . hopefully will visit again

SUPERB LOCATION. AWESOME BREAKFAST. FANTASTIC POOL .CLEANLINESS IS APPRECIABLE....Hygienic towels A special note and thanks to Ms Aim the front office staff who took care and help us early check in. Proximity to reach near by massage center,super market and good restaurants around us. Shuttle service to city tour was also available. House keeping responded immediately and quick service was done. Once again we thank Ms AIM for assisting our travel program. We planned to stay for 1 day since the stay was comfortable we extended our stay for another 2 days.

Good hotel. Stayed here for the 2nd time after 12 years. Overall good, comfortable, neat and clean stay. However it's got slightly old fashioned - like they have bulky manual keys (not the latest smart cards). Also their switches are slightly old. But having said that I did not have any other complaint about the hotel apart from it Good staff, clean hotel, nice location, good breakfast. Recommended stay

Room service is very nice and Breakfast was ultimate , room cleaning was also good .. but little bit disturbe in swimming 🏊‍♂️ there maintainence is poor ... overall we are 8 members of group and we are raken 6 rooms good experience

Spacious rooms and clean premises breakfast could have offered more varieties as it got repetitive for all 3 mornings!!
