Room was spacious , bed was nice and firm overall great. AC was making a little noise but then the problem was solved. I liked the Philipino staff who were genuine and were willing to help their customers, and thank god they could speak English. The local Thai staff members looked very fake, horrible English and they had always their artificial smiles on, and were not really helpful when it came to arranging of transport or looking for places to eat around. They would only help but at a cost which was 2-3 times more than the actual price. I was traveling with my parents and even they got the same vibe. They didn’t like the the way the receptionists kept saying Sawa Dee khaa with a super fake smile all the time. Anyway, the property is beautiful, lovely atmosphere.

Check in at the hotel was effortless. The rooms were spacious and a direct entry to the pool made it even more special. Pool was very well maintained and was open till 22:00 hours. Room service arrives in a canoe which is a treat too! Its an escape from the hustle and bustle. A very relaxing stay!

A really great experience with lavish room, brilliant ambiance, cooperative staff and most essentially pool access to each room. Loved our stay. Specially good for couples and families. It's definitely recommended for a relaxing Phuket experience.

The resort is very nice and in a very good location. The pool is nIce as all the rooms have a pool access. The buffet breakfast was limited but over all good. They have a free bus shuttle going to beach everyday. Just outside is bike hire for 200 bahts which is very good to move around. Hospitality was very good.
