Location is ok ok. Hotel is placed in an apartment building like 1 to 12 floors are residential flats and 13-14 floors is this Reed Hotel Tbilisi. Roof top bar which showed beautiful pictures while making booking and timings where shown open 7-11 was closed for all our 6days stay. Breakfast was also very average. Same preparation for all our entire week stay. So got bored of eating same things every morning. Now service was good staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Room was good and house keeping was done everyday. We had booked a family suite which had 2 bedrooms but the problem was the bedroom doors had lock but the Reed Hotel Tbilisi didn’t find the keys to lock the inside doors of the bedroom. As we travelling 3 adults we needed our privacy which we couldn’t get at any given time. Hotel should have provided us with the keys to lock the bedroom doors but they didn’t so the room doors where open always. Also it’s very noise at night coz of running cars on the street across the Reed Hotel Tbilisi.
