Great location but hotel needs to have more friendly staff

Location : the property is centrally located with access to restaurants, shopping areas, tourist attractions, etc. Housekeeping: staff needs to be trained to have the beds made perfectly. The bed had uneven lumps after the beds were made. They new it was 3 in a room but the 3rd bed was made after we moved into the room. Food: breakfast spread was huge and awesome and the staff in the buffet area were very good. Front office: most of them had pre-ocuppied expressions and hardly anyone smiled. One staff only to check-in and check-out guests concierge: didn't know where a popular restaurant was and i found it through google maps.

The The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel seems to be good, definitely a rich looking The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel and lobby area and the common areas are really clean. But service is not that great, i was staying at the The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel for 4 days, and all 4 days noone cleaned my room, they just did the bedding and and kept water bottles. Not sure if i was at the The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel most of the time then it would be a good or bad review.

Hotel was wonderful, rooms were big with amazing city view. Breakfast had vast spread with indian food as well. Staff were very courteous. Further, it is located in heart of the city.
