I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There is no service provided, you will have to call atleast thrice and then go to reception to get things done. Only one dish used to change in breakfast other than that breakfast remained the same for 3 days straight. Hotels with better ameneties and services could be easily found within the same price range

our stay at holiday inn was fabulous. room was good and staff services were exceptional. amazing guest welcome received. yoi will get exchange, grocery metro, indian food near property location. they need to improve their breakfast menu as we didnt like it at all. there's not much choices for breakfast and no indian breakfast available. they dont have lunch/dinner facility if you want to avail.

Air conditioning wasn't working and they couldn't fix it. Had to ask multiple times for some ameneties and someone to check the ac before we got amenities and an answer on the AC. They were helpful in keeping our luggage when we arrived early.

Property location is good as it is near the Alvaberi metro also has supermarkets near by and you can walk to holy trinity Church from the hotel. Food was average, at least for vegetarians like myself, but not much of a spread for non vegetarians either. Amenities are basic and you have to call them for toiletries, rooms are small and cozy. Services are average, staff was helpful. A lot of Indians at this Hotel. It was a fine experience overall but the complimentary limit of 2 water bottles is a turn off and not allowed to refill from the water dispenser.

The biggest concern is it's pretty hot during the day and mild cold at night. they never switch on the air conditioners . no fan in room. had a terrific weak stay. hotel gives some reason which is ..... otherwise all okay.

Great location of the hotel. The hotel was very clean and beyond expectations. They have a good garden sitting area if you want to enjoy the weather with some coffee. The Barista was very soft spoken and made really good coffee. Front desk staff are sweet and cooperative. Manager is well spoken and attentive. Breakfast variety could be improved, it’s the same repetitive everyday but tastes just fine. Room service I’d say is a bit slow but overall value for money.
