Here's a review you can use for the intercontinental hanoi: i had a truly wonderful experience at the intercontinental hanoi. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The ambiance was luxurious and serene, with every corner reflecting impeccable cleanliness. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that left me impressed every time. The only minor concern i had was the absence of a jet spray in the washroom, but everything else was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this InterContinental Hanoi Westlake for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in hanoi!

The intercontinental hanoi westlake is one of the most beautiful InterContinental Hanoi Westlakes of the world. The lake view rooms over water are the best and an experience in themselves. The service is top notch, food is delicious and they have all the facilities one would look for at a 5 star property. Thanks. Intercontinental hanoi westlake also provides cab on demand, rented bikes and sim cards. They are extremely courteous and well mannered.

Excellent stay ! everything from the room, staff, gym equipments with steam and sauna, breakfast, sunset bar, amenities - all were above expectations. Never seen a more state of the art gym in an InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. The reception staff, bell bill, concierge - everyone was very polite and humble. Can’t expect or demand anything more

We had a great stay at intercontinental west lake. The property has a resort feel to it and directly overlooks the west lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread is impressive. Front office staff are extremely helpful and even allowed us a late check-out as we had an evening flight. Overall great experience.
