From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The ambiance was luxurious and serene, with every corner reflecting impeccable cleanliness. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that left me impressed every time. The only minor concern i had was the absence of a jet spray in the washroom, but everything else was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in hanoi!

Excellent stay ! everything from the room, staff, gym equipments with steam and sauna, breakfast, sunset bar, amenities - all were above expectations. Never seen a more state of the art gym in an hotel. The reception staff, bell bill, concierge - everyone was very polite and humble. Can’t expect or demand anything more

We had a great stay at intercontinental west lake. The property has a resort feel to it and directly overlooks the west lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread is impressive. Front office staff are extremely helpful and even allowed us a late check-out as we had an evening flight. Overall great experience.

The service is top notch, food is delicious and they have all the facilities one would look for at a 5 star property. Thanks.
