Quite a pathetic hotel

Main attraction for hotel is slides only which operate 5 hours only (10-12 & 3-6. The rooms are dingy, smelly, small and full of mosquitos. The hotel does not give a good vibe for a pleasant stay. Plenty of people there, drinking and smoking on pathways. More importantly the staff is not courteous at all. When we were allocated wrong room, they refused to not entertain stating full occupancy. On persisted appeals they had two rooms. Eventually we left the hotel after first day of 4 day stay and checked into different hotel letting go of our money.

The hotel is located in a very vibrant and is surrounded with high street of karon beach so thats the biggest advantage of staying here. However major disadvantage is very low quality service, no in room dining menu was provided even after asking for our 5n/6d stay(loss of revenue to the hotel) worst breakfast buffet, no basic bathroom amenities were provided considering its a 3 star hotel. Overall 2 out of 5 considering the amount we paid for. No

Great place for family vacation.

The hotel is conveniently situated very close to the beach. Lot of places to eat nearby, though for indian food you need to walk about 1 km. The breakfast was good. The children especially love the water slides and the pool in nice. The staff is very helpful too.

Location of this resort is best, just few steps to kharon beach, which is very calm and clean. Property is well maintained, staff is friendly and we had a great stay. My kids liked the swimming pool and water rides.

Good hotel but not meant for indians

Hotel is located about 200 meters from Karon Beach. But rooms are of old style with basic facilities and no free wifi (yes no wifi in the era of wifi available everywhere this hotels sells wifi plans). Full of Russians only, no Indians. Guests make loud noise throughout the night and despite pool closing time of 7 Pm they continue to dance and make noise till 10 to 12 pm. All tariffs include breakfast which is basic and not meant for Indians or vegans. Overall you may get other good hotels at the same price or lesser.
