Upper View Regalia Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The stay was good. it was quite anf clean. I booked the window less superior room so I got it in the ground floor, hence there was a bit of musky smell. The bathroom and bed was clean and they had given the amenities and toiletries. just that the carpet had stains. other it was a good stay and the staff was polite. The lift however took very long time and you would have to wait for a good 10'15 mins easily if not more.

This hotel is nothing like in photos. The furnitures, windows, doors and everything is too old that doesn’t work properly. AC remote not available for bedrooms. Water heater is not working. No room services available. Rude staffs.

My partner and I recently visited Upper view regalia and here are my few experiences about hotels - The room we booked was clean and tidy including all the required amenities but was not spacious. Our floor manager was truly helpful and coordinating. The best highlight of this hotel is that they have infinity pool from where we can have entire view of KL including all the the 3 biggest tower of KL( Twin tower, KL tower & Merdeka tower ). Overall we have enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is near to PWTC metro station . Easily accessible to book taxi.The service is very good. The hotel boy Farman is very sweet and helpful.He is from India(Punjab).So I will suggest the Indians to visit there and will not be disappointed.

Hotel staffs were not friendly. I had to call or multiple time for room services. When I entered room, there was uncleaned clothes of previous customers left. No bathroom mat given. Fire alarm was ringing randomly. After talking to reception they didn't had any clue and they were ignorant. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst experience.

it's one of worst hotel because of breakfast is useless and rooms are too small and especially lift in property is too crowded and pathetic i will never recommend this hotel for stay it's not luxury hotel no facilities at all

AC was not working, floor was damaged washroom are not clean. Terrible experience with our stay. Too old building.

Location of property is excellent. Swimming pool is very clean and view from there is excellent .

Very bad property staff was not helping for any thing. My bed was broken no any facilities in room. I would not recommend this to any one.

Super and nice hygiene services are good food place is also nice More family-oriented pool available on Level 5, plus a fitness centre, kids' play zone, mini library, theatre room, and squash courts

sink was clogged, carpets were dirty...rest everything was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Security of 100 MYR is taken while checking in

It’s a wow experience for me great view from the infinity pool and restaurant total view is amazing and inside the hotel a garden like mini forest and good aquarium also good food and purchasing stores also here and all destination are near the hotel and metro is available nearest total worth for money

everything was good...and I had a great experience...and also I got so many people to meet and had enjoy with me people and that was really great...

Excellent stay with spectacular view and comfort. Food and Service is Amazing. Infinity pool is the best part.

This property as advertised is not a property hotel it is a serviced appartment not a hotel. so please be mindful before booking and if it all finalze booking due to the price and the view from top floor for supreme deluxe rooms don't book the breakfast option. They have a 4 boxes laid in a so called restaurant which has only 4 menu items for buffet( better option is grab they deliver to your room). Tea and coffee provided there at buffet breakfast offer cold milk used for corn flakes preparation to be utilized for team or coffee. 2 counters for juice one is water and another a tonic water( god knows what it is, if you are lucky you may get Tropicana juice once). The housekeeping boys argue with you to wash your own room cups if requested for replacement. This is not anyway near 3 or 4 star property. I would prefer 2 star max only for the view from room like for some types of rooms. So I would urge MMT to make this property as a service appartment instead of Hotel property so that people don't feel cheated after reaching the hotel.

My stay at Upper View Regalia Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur was terrible. I booked 3 rooms in this property based on the ratings and overall reviews, but the service was pathetic. The rooms were dirty, filled with stains on the Walls, beds, sofas etc. The rooms were stinking of leakage and due to expired air filters in the rooms AC's. In spite of requesting new rooms no one helped. The rooms also had small bugs. Due to this horrific experience, I had to cancel the booking and move to another hotel.

Property is excellent. Maintenance is bit lagging. Room maintenance service is bad. Property hotel food is good but managing with same menu daily. Facilities are excellent
