The hotel is perfect with variety of room options and amenities such as microwave and basic cutlery in all rooms. Service standards are excellent and the view from room is great. Location is very close to times square and the lively area of bukit bintang. If you are planning day tour from kl, then all the coaches leave from times square. There are nearby metro train stations.

The location of the hotel is very good and everything is nearby. Rooms are ok, they are a bit small. The breakfast is disappointing, has very less items and not very suitable for indians as well. Do not expect any hospitality, we were travel-ling with a 1. 5 year old baby and requested for a later checkout. They said all the rooms were booked but when asked about whether we can purchase a room for 1 night, they said it was available (but quoted a price more. How was a room available for purchase when they mentioned that late checkout is not possible because all rooms are booked. Moreover, they don’t clean the room, they didn’t even clear the dustbin. Had to request them to do it. Overall, ok if you are a business traveller, would not recommend for with family.

To begin with. Perfect location, walking distance from pavalion mall. Rooms were neat clean and very comfy. Pool though small was a nice experience. Only. Feedback we asked for late cgech out and was not so courtesly given till 1. But recommendable
