The hotel was fine. But we were mot informed that we will have to go outside the hotel for around 300 meters to have our breakfast which is a shame. They outsourced their breakfasts to some ABC bistro. Only 1 dish with tea or coffee can be chosen from list of 5-6 items. Not worth the money though it is in central kl and very near KL sectral like only 2 mins walk

it was clean, the room, bed and bathroom was nice and clean. the staff are friendly and so area wise no doubt just next to Nu central mall so.. this was room without window so make sure if you really want window then choose those .. overall a very Greta experience and I stayed in other nearby hotels, this has good cleanliness.. most beautiful part is their rooftop and free to access..

It wasnt a pleasant experience, not that there werent plus. I booked 2 rooms based on images which showed windows. When we reached, we did get early check in to one room but it had no windows. Looks like not all rooms have windows. The front desk told us he’ll try to find but not guarantee and we can cancel if we want but he wont cancel at his end. Finally, he found us a window room where the only view was the window of the next building. It wasnt a good experience not to mention that one room was still windowless and suffocating. Also, the rooms and washrooms were extremely small. On plus side, they lend us an umbrella when it was raining and didnt charge extra for the 1 room early checkin.

Being my first international trip i was more concerned about safety. The hotel is located in a safe area and was very close to kl central junction. The bricks field area is where indians feel that they are at home. The hotel staff are kind and were ready to help with any needs. The room was nice and clean with all basic amenities mentioned in the information. The booking process was very easy and i never knew international hotel booking could be this easy. Thanks to makemytrip was making this possible.

Hotel is located at prime location, near to kl sentral metro station and just opposite to mall. Hotel is good, staff is very cooperative, however room is very small. Hotel is not having any restaurants, they are providing breakfast coupons of nearby restaurants, thus better to book without breakfast for cost savings
