Strong points are prime location and value for money. The staff was courteous and helpful. For food one has to go to the next door Restaurant, other drawback was that lift was not there. However on request, we were given a GF room. Most of the staff were from neighboring countries Bangladesh, Pakistan etc. And we were at home speaking their language.

A fair enough place, however not a good option for staying with family as facilities are minimum. Good place for bachelors on a holiday where they spend more time outside rather in hotel. Room was clean and location is near to the main market so you can walk down to twin towers and bukit bintang.

We stayed in the hotel in March '16. It's very well located near the Imbi monorail station. The has one of the biggest mall Berjaya Times Square is just a few minutes walk. There are many food joints where you can get food of your choice at as low as RM 4. 00. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. I am extremely satisfied with the hotel.

Reception was good and very friendly gave us really good suggestions where to go and directions as well. The bathroom was good but had glass doors in which only couples can adjust, otherwise no privacy. The location is in the heart of town. Laundry also was very near to the hotel.

Hotel is near to Monorail and at walkable distance. It is a small hotel which does not have lift, but it is good to stay with friends. Best value for money. Most of the hotels are nearby. I would suggest you to stay here. You do not have bottled water available. But you can get it filled from water purifier installed at each floor. One thing which I did not like was not all rooms have Window. So I prefer if you take room with window. Since, its a small hotel, do not expect good city view from Window. I suggest you to stay here if you are planning to stay in Kuala Lumpur for a short trip.
