i book a room before 2 days ago . exact date 26 sunday , the checking time evening 3 pm . am couldn't reach at the time but reach night at 12 am . at the moment my room didn't get .the front desk staff have so many excuses of room service didn't finish like . almost half hour i got post in the reception. its a bad experience to me . so i hope you will understand next time don't make me feel sad .

Very bad service and very bad place

The facility is poor washroom it is too old and no mate in washroom floor. The freezer is not working in two of my rooms, and the third room is no freezer at al. There is no valid parking in was standing for 40 minutes just waiting some one to move the car which is front of the gate and in the end i move my car back to avoid more waiting. In addition when i enter the recipient the gentleman who standing in the recipient when i give give him the booking he said i don't know everyone coming booked from where and coming to the hotel. This is not acceptable even there's booking number you have to be nice to the guest. Hotel can't be rated as 5 stars hotel

The worst booking i ever tried

It was a bad experience, hotel is rated as 5 stars, however it doesn’t meet 4 stars even, its like 3 stars, i booked 2 rooms with one single bed for each, we found one room twin bed, we call the reception & nothing changed every thing looks very old, not clean & not functioning carpet is dirty and emits a musty wet smell near the toilet, ac is too noisy, water stuck at the bathtub, the shower drain was blocked, toilet spray hose was broken, i reported about that but nothing happened. Pool is very normal not a 5 stars pool

Supposed to be a 5 star but the tv wasn’t even a smart tv. Nowadays pretty much 4 stars are offering smart tv with tethering option. We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom suite. It was big, spacious. Had 2 bedrooms and 3 toilets with one extra in the living room. Furnitures we’re old, sofas were looking old and faded. Beds were shaky and not plush. There was a potentially a slight air leak and due to this and due to the humidity the floor was getting wet and misty and because of it it was getting dirty as we walk! swimming pool was very nice with a view!
