When we arrived, there was already a problem with our room. I think they were overbooked and gave us unreasonable excuses, saying the room wasn’t ready because of cleaning. It wasn’t just us — other couples faced the same issue too. Later, they did give us a room, but the bathroom smelled really

i book a room before 2 days ago . exact date 26 sunday , the checking time evening 3 pm . am couldn't reach at the time but reach night at 12 am . at the moment my room didn't get .the front desk staff have so many excuses of room service didn't finish like . almost half hour i got post in the reception. its a bad experience to me . so i hope you will understand next time don't make me feel sad .

IT IS THE WORST, No electricity, foul smell, not safe. Everything is a nightmare. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone I know

The hotel did not have a room available, and we only got a room at 9 PM, whereas the check-in time was 2 o’clock. They had overbooking as well.

The worst hotel I have stayed. The checkin is very messy and slow. The room was not tidy and no towels. Even basic toiletries were not provided. The room was not even make up for the second day stay!

Great location with affordable Price,i really enjoyed my stay,the check in process was little lengthy since it was a holiday but the staff were nice and managed the overload in a professional way

They have to upgrade the smart tv to watch and enjoy the stay with some good music and channel the rest all perfect

The hotel is very well located and it has amazing swimming pool, sauna and gym. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly ! it's pretty nice hotel, my favorite in fujairah ! i recommend !

The facility is poor washroom it is too old and no mate in washroom floor. The freezer is not working in two of my rooms, and the third room is no freezer at al. There is no valid parking in was standing for 40 minutes just waiting some one to move the car which is front of the gate and in the end i move my car back to avoid more waiting. In addition when i enter the recipient the gentleman who standing in the recipient when i give give him the booking he said i don't know everyone coming booked from where and coming to the hotel. This is not acceptable even there's booking number you have to be nice to the guest. Hotel can't be rated as 5 stars hotel

House keeping service is not good.

Everything about the hotel is very bad, hotel is very old, somehow it's running. Rooms, furniture, equipments, especially the spring beds and all the things in the room all very old and bad condition. Breakfast is pathetic.

Rooms were very old all the furnitures very old and dirty bathroom needs deep cleaning b fast not good. Lovely pool. Staff was very helpful

hotel was really good. i think just need a bit of carpet cleaning and mattresses change. our room carpet was not properly cleaned and mattress was really bad. other than that all was really good 😊.

It was a bad experience, hotel is rated as 5 stars, however it doesn’t meet 4 stars even, its like 3 stars, i booked 2 rooms with one single bed for each, we found one room twin bed, we call the reception & nothing changed every thing looks very old, not clean & not functioning carpet is dirty and emits a musty wet smell near the toilet, ac is too noisy, water stuck at the bathtub, the shower drain was blocked, toilet spray hose was broken, i reported about that but nothing happened. Pool is very normal not a 5 stars pool

I paid a ridiculous amount due to eid however the hotel was not at all value for money. Till late night we were changing rooms since there was not hot water in the shower. Its a very old hotel

Supposed to be a 5 star but the tv wasn’t even a smart tv. Nowadays pretty much 4 stars are offering smart tv with tethering option. We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom suite. It was big, spacious. Had 2 bedrooms and 3 toilets with one extra in the living room. Furnitures we’re old, sofas were looking old and faded. Beds were shaky and not plush. There was a potentially a slight air leak and due to this and due to the humidity the floor was getting wet and misty and because of it it was getting dirty as we walk! swimming pool was very nice with a view!
