Property location - Superb, right opposite KL tower. Infinity pool - a Must have. Room size - very small. If you want to stay more in rooms rather than roaming around.. don’t go for it. We hardly stayed at room, only used it for sleeping at night so it was fine for us.

Location of the property is good. The staff was not good. No room service. The worst part was no water in the hotel at all. I would not suggest a hotel which would not even a provide a water to their guest. Breakfast was ok. Very limited option for breakfast. Not worth spending on breakfast. The lift were slow. Limited food options near to hotel. We booked 2 deluxe room with city view but only one room with city view was given. When asked to staff they were rude and not co-operating.
